I've met someone wonderful, Oshitari. I'd like to bring him home with me and introduce him to my friends, but I'm trying to decide if I should only introduce him to the ones that aren't judgmental jerks about who I date. Any suggestions?

I lent White Day with An-Chan and Kamio. We had ramen and I shared my melon pocky with them. Have you had melon pocky before, Oshitari-kun? It's quite good, in my opinion, but I know it's not quite for everyone. If you'd like to try it, I still have some left. I don't mind sharing since I think it may be something you might enjoy.

Ah, thats quite a dilemma you have there Yukimura-han. If I may be so bold I would suggest putting your differences with those friends to a rest before introducing a new variable. It is not unusual for people close to us to feel threatened when somebody knew joins an already existing circle. A new love is exciting and almost addicting but we should never forget those who have stood by us in triumph as well as defeat. Once you have addressed the reason for their judgemental state of mind introducing your French friend will go much smoother and the non-judgemental friends won’t have to feel torn between the two sides.

And that is very generous of you! I have not in fact had melon pocky and I would be delighted to try it. But is it all right? After all the trouble you had to go through to find it I would hate to deprieve you.

If only. He's not too keen on elaborating on emotions or feelings, but I know he thinks Adrian isn't good enough for me, but he doesn't think anyone is. A bit of a double-edged sword, no?

If your friend isn’t good with his emotions then be up front with your own. Tell him how Adrian makes you feel, why you enjoy spending time with him and how much it would mean to you for your friends to accept your choices.

The only other option would be to keep your distance until he caves but is the less healthy path to tread.

It was very nice. I highly recommend spending a day with your close friends like that. It doesn't have to be ramen because I know not everyone likes ramen, but something similar or something you all enjoy having together would also be nice. I really don't mind sharing. I still have three boxes left, so it's no trouble at all and I signed up for coupons at Don Quixote, so I can likely get a deal on pocky in the future.

If you would like to join us for our next ramen get-together, I can ask An-chan and Kamio if it would be okay if you came along. I don't think they would say no because you're a very nice person. You really don't need to worry about funding my next pocky run as it won't be for some time and I do save up quite a bit before I go on one so that way I don't have to go as often.
